There are three booking options listed below:

Regular bookings:
via Coherent

Regular bookings are set up through the booking platform Coherent.

Coherent sets up a Direct Debit Mandate to make regular bookings quicker. This does not mean you are tied into any commitments, you can book any session and you can cancel your mandate at any time. All bank details are encrypted.

First time
/ one off bookings
via Acuity

For 2024 we are trialling a new system for first time and one off bookings.

This is an easy to access calendar with multiple booking options.

You can go ahead and sign up to use the membership platform Coherent, if you’ll be coming more than once.

If you would like to set up a routine and only one invoice a month to file away, a membership package might be a good option for you. Several coworkers are signed up for:

  • 5 half days a month

  • 5 days a month

  • 1 day a week memberships.

What would work for you?

Residents rate

  • £17 per day (9am-5pm)

  • £8.50 half day
    (9am-12.30pm / 1.30pm-5pm)

Commercial business rate

  • £24 per day (9am-5pm)

  • £12 half day (9am-12.30pm / 1.30pm-5pm)
